Spent the day in Simon's town. This great lil sea faring town down the southern peninsula of cape town. the town is filled with cute shops, antiques and the like as well as cozy lil sea side dock bars/restaurants. There are some great small beaches that you would almost think were private and boulder beach that is home to many african penguins. It is a sleepy town where I managed to fal a sleep on the beach listening to a bird humming tune as if she was out of disney's cinderella. NOw I sit at Berthas a cafe named after a whale that wound up beached at this dock. I watch the sail nd tug boats bob back and fourth tied down in the water and their sails make a clanging tune while fishermen try to get in their last catches. Maybe in a few days I will have to sail away on a catamaran tour. hmmm....
